On the Tbar I used some cybex machine...wondered if my form was proper..used to doing it with a bar stuck in the corner...with a close grip thingamagig :o)
Felt pretty good..my LEGS are still soar from the other day...But a good soar...will not be walking later! :o)
-My Mom s fine...she had bunion surgery a few weeks back and is homebound....we went to get the stitches out yesterday.
