Working: 2x160x10,10 these need to get easier!!
SUMO SQUAT: Finally with just a bar on my back..no dumbell, no smith machine
Warm Up: 1x95x12
Working: 2x115x10,10 1x125x10
SPLIT SQUAT: shoulda gone for 12 but I'm a weeble wobble so I got nervous...
Working: 3x95x10,10,10
LEG PRESS: Different machine then usual...
Working: 1x100x20, 1x120x20
Had a good workout....but feeling like I didn't push myself hard enough...I could still walk when I hit the shower! :o)
