BENCH ROW:
Working: 1x40x10, 2x45x10,10 (heh heh almost tipped over the bench today....sooo graceful...HAHA)

LYING LEG CURL:
Warm Up: 1x50x12
Working: 1x70x10, 2x80x8,8

SINGLE CURL:
Working: 3x40x10,11,11

Feel good...wore the hrm during my workout...if it's calibarated right...(I need to try again tonight)...I'm a fat burning machine...and burn a ton of calories during my workout...to be continued...
