TBAR ROW: Well did Icarian Incline Row....can't do old school ones at gym and Tbar was being used.
Warm Up: 1x45x10

DB DEADS: Killed me today!!

GOOD MORNINGS: Need to check form on line...been awhile...

GLUTE HAMS: Ok I'll find out tomorrow if I can't walk...looking that way now...use my arms alot but hammies stung after
