Incline Walk 30 minutes
**I've learned that my heart rate stays in fat loss zone after my workout and it's not that hard to keep my target heart rate doing cardio.... I go into the fitness zone pretty quickly...maybe I've been pushing too hard in cardio?! Hummm.....just a thought...or maybe the whole heart rate thing is a bunch of baloney...hummm...
