DB DEADS:
Warm Up: 2x30x10,10
Working: 2x70'sx10,10
GOOD AM's
Working: 3x85x12,12,12
GLUTE HAM RAISES:
Working: 3x13,13,13
Happy with workout...will pay for db deads...
